About The Position
Well-established clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico is looking for a dedicated and compassionate full-time Allergist to join its team! Allergist seeking to make a difference in their community and join a friendly professional environment need apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible schedule options, offering no weekends and no nights in an outpatient setting. The Allergist will develop personalized treatment plans based on consultation, review of medical history, and diagnostics to manage conditions like environmental allergies, food allergies, asthma, and more. Responsibilities include using specialized testing (skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests) to pinpoint specific allergies, administering immunotherapy (allergy shots), and educating patients on trigger avoidance.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- At least two years of specialized training in an ACGME-accredited Allergy/Immunology program
- Board certification or eligibility by the ABAI
- Valid New Mexico medical license
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on a consultation, review of medical history, and diagnostics to manage conditions like environmental allergies, food allergies, asthma, and more.
- Use of specialized testing, including skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests, to pinpoint specific allergies.
- Administration of immunotherapy (allergy shots).
