About The Position

Allergist/Immunologist Patients living with asthma, anaphylaxis, food and drug allergy, and immune deficiency need a physician who can turn a complicated history into a plan they can trust. In this role, you will own diagnosis, treatment, and follow-through for children and adults whose daily lives are limited by allergic and immunologic disease. Your decisions will set the standard of care, strengthen referrals, and reduce preventable crises.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. with board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology.
Active or obtainable state medical license and DEA registration.
Proven ability to manage a full outpatient panel, including asthma, food and drug allergy, and immunodeficiency.
Experience directing immunotherapy, biologic therapy, and acute allergy emergencies.
Clear communication with patients, families, and referring physicians.
Habit of tying clinical decisions to evidence and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Confirm or refine the diagnosis for new allergy and immunology referrals within the first two visits, using history, testing, and current criteria.
Build treatment plans that patients and families can follow, and that referring clinicians can support without fragmented advice.
Lower preventable exacerbations and emergency visits among patients with severe asthma, anaphylaxis risk, and unstable allergic disease.
Direct immunotherapy and biologic therapy with documented response, safety monitoring, and timely changes when goals are missed.
Manage high-acuity problems—drug allergy, primary immunodeficiency, and acute allergic reactions—so risk is identified early and care is coordinated.
Close the loop with primary care, pulmonology, ENT, and dermatology through clear recommendations and timely communication.
Improve practice quality by reviewing outcomes, standardizing high-risk pathways, and coaching advanced practice clinicians.
