About The Position
Monmouth University is seeking applications for temporary All Sports Camp Counselors in the Athletics department. This is a recreational, non-competitive sports camp for youth between the ages of 5 and 13 years old. Counselors will focus on developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership through the participation in multiple sports. Activities change throughout the day. Camp will run for 6 weeks from June 29 – August 7, 2026. Hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. This is an on-campus; in-person; non-remote position.
Requirements
- Background in athletics and coaching or playing experience.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train youth participants in all aspects of various sports such as soccer, basketball, etc.
- Supervise youth during lunch and restroom breaks.
