About The Position

SAIC is seeking an All-Source Targeter with strong analytical and data management experience to join a dynamic and talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tactical, operational & strategic intelligence support. Other responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g., target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, and other methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership. This person will be utilizing a mix of analytical, targeting, and data management skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments and be able to manage large and small projects. We are seeking a candidate who will: Provide outstanding customer support in order to meet high demand requirements Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and interact with varying levels of stakeholders Act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight Demonstrate ability to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated critical thinking skills to approach a variety of projects and understand the context and nuances of collected information Build strong relationships across the organization in an effort to work collaboratively and effectively

Requirements

Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum of 5 years of intelligence analysis experience
Experience with conducting comprehensive research and analysis
Experience with All-Source analysis
Demonstrated targeting experience
Strong analytical and logic reasoning skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and actions
Effective writing and oral communication skills in working with a variety of stakeholders
Capability to quickly learn new tools and methods for analysis and data management
Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
Experience with data management
Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
