About The Position

Peraton is seeking a junior level Identity Intelligence Analyst to triage and evaluate all-source intelligence to support national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States. The analyst will conduct targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output. Key Responsibilities of this role include: Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States; Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership; Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards; Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed; Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle
  • Strong attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership
