About The Position

PeopleTec is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support our El Paso, TX (Ft Bliss) location. In this role, you will leverage your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop analysis and reporting that provides actionable intelligence and context to the Command. You will collaborate with a team of highly technical data scientists, ORSAs, and intelligence specialists to develop and execute research plans, optimize search routines, and utilize cutting-edge technology. Your work will support deployed special operations teams, command intelligence, operations, assessments, and information operations directorates in alignment with the Commander’s requirements. You will explore new data sources, build effective queries, and integrate information from various collection platforms and disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, and Publicly Available Information (PAI)/OSINT.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
Expertise in due diligence analysis
Experience with OSINT/PAI tool sets and big data analytics
Experience with social media exploitation software applications
Experience with geolocation-based entity resolution solutions which enable construction and verification of targets' patterns of life
Experience fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Open Source Intelligent (OSINT), Publicly Available Information (PAI) and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT)
Experience leveraging analytical methodologies: network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods
Experience/familiarity with some of the following tools: ANB, I2, DX-IC, P2, VOLTRON, ROCKSTAR, CHROME, FADE/MIST, collateral telemetry data, network & human/HUMINT targeting, social media analysis, Microsoft Office, and iSpy
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during employment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced education (e.g. MS)
Specialized experience supporting counter-narcotics, TCO, CBP, DEA, and/or southwest border mission with intelligence analysis
Specialized experience with advanced intelligence tools: BODE, Threser, Palantir, Babel, GAIA
Formal intelligence training: e.g. CASO OS301, military intelligence school (e.g., Army 35F)
Experience with doctrinal military targeting processes (e.g., USAF F2T2EA)

Responsibilities

Create all source products, both short to long-term analytical studies.
Perform requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation.
Leverage analytical methodologies: network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods.
