All-Source Intelligence Analyst- Expert
About The Position
GDIT seeks an expert-level Intelligence Analyst/Military Specialist to support USSOCOM. The role researches, develops, and presents operational-level intelligence products and assessments for senior leaders and deployed SOF Task Forces, supporting the F3EAD targeting cycle. Work includes counterterrorism and regional analysis; GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT/PAI; political-military analysis; support to targeting; threat analysis; and analytical support following screening and exploitation of enemy personnel. The analyst interfaces with other intelligence organizations and applies advanced targeting skills to analyze networks and individuals, identify vulnerabilities for exploitation, and use current data, tools, and techniques throughout the targeting cycle. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available for no-notice deployment to hazardous duty or combat zones, potentially in permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments and austere conditions for extended periods. The position is onsite in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, with 10–25% travel and 40 scheduled weekly hours.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of analytical experience within the Department of War or equivalent government agencies, including at least 5 years at the operational level.
- Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- High proficiency with current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases for analysis and product development.
- Strong briefing skills.
- Strong background and firsthand experience in Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data-at-rest regional analysis, geopolitical analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, and collection management.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team to identify trends and valuable information in data at rest, drive reporting and production, alert decision-makers to new developments, and meet customer requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with current analytic tools, databases, and intelligence and operational systems.
- Ability to pass required pre-deployment medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screening.
- Ability to obtain immunizations required by the contract.

Responsibilities

- Conduct counterterrorism, regional, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political-military, targeting, and threat analysis.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel.
- Prepare post-screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.
- Apply advanced targeting skills to target networks and individuals within networks and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Use current data, tools, and techniques across phases of the F3EAD targeting cycle.
- Use intelligence automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analysis and product development.
- Brief analytical findings and work independently or collaboratively to identify valuable trends and information in data at rest.
- Maintain global readiness and be available for no-notice deployment to hazardous duty or combat zones.
