About The Position

As a Chemist on our team, you will conduct all-source analysis of doctrine, strategy, plans, policies, objectives, goals, intentions, command authorities, force structures, and resources relating to current, emerging, and future chemical programs and capabilities. You will be part of a unique multi-discipline team, assisting partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance government efforts against emerging threats and counterproliferation efforts. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with chemical threats analysis and vulnerabilities to chemical programs, including logistics and security research, development, and testing
  • Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support
  • Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and IC boundaries, and clearly articulating key findings
  • Knowledge of chemical threat programs analysis, including national and military doctrine, strategy, plans, policies, intentions, command force structures, and resources for emerging and future threat programs
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and developments in fields that affect tradecraft methodology, including academia
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
