About The Position
Peraton is seeking a junior level All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to support production of analytic and targeting products to a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including tactical teams as well as policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under supervision.
Requirements
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
- Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
- Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
- Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;
- Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
- Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
- Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
