About The Position

MTSI is seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. You will provide analytic support across a variety of different projects related to the Spaced Based Interceptor (SBI) program. You will be part of a team with diverse expertise across the spectrum of military and intelligence analysis.

Requirements

• 10 years experience working in the Intelligence Community with a Bachelors degree in related field.
• Knowledge of national level collection requirements (CRs) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to a dynamic work environment that is responsive to cost, schedule, performance and security goals of the SBI program.
• Must understand the customer's areas of interest and business processes and develop analytic products and research lines in anticipation of customer's future needs.
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current CI scope polygraph; US Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst at the operational or technical level.
• Experience developing U.S. weapon systems.
• Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools, and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on current and future foreign TTPs related to collection of sensitive material from defense industrial base performers.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to evaluate performers risk profile and the potential threat vectors that may be exploited.
• Author threat assessments detailing the results of the above analysis.
• Collection and reviews of various sources of data, to include Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Publicly Available Information (PAI) and classified data sources to perform Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) analysis in support of the Spaced Based Interceptor (SBI) program.
• Identify threat and adversarial Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) towards performers development of the weapon system, and working with a team to apply countermeasures to mitigate the threat.
