About The Position

Booz Allen is hiring an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on intelligence issues critical to defense. The analyst will provide intelligence production and briefing support in response to dynamic requirements, applying knowledge of analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats to produce strategic-level assessments and products for a specified client area of responsibility. The role involves delivering comprehensive work, often under pressure, and tailoring products to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders. The analyst will also share expertise through leadership and mentoring, while developing skills in analysis, writing, and communication.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and inputting data to IC databases.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of microelectronics.
