About The Position

With the volume of information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to identify the most important data, synthesize it effectively, and deliver insights that directly support warfighter readiness. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting the Marine Corps, you will apply your analytical tradecraft, regional awareness, and problem-solving mindset to help the service understand emerging threats and global instability. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and others. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for IC-wide intelligence products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in intelligence analysis, and share your methodologies with other analysts. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis, including researching, analyzing, and creating strategic intelligence assessments and judgments from multiple intelligence sources
  • 1+ years of experience writing long-form finished intelligence products in the intelligence style
  • HS diploma or GED
  • TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with open-source intelligence tools and resources
  • Experience with acquisition or supply chain analysis
  • Experience with link analysis, analyst notebook, or a related program
  • Experience in complex adversary weapon systems and subsystems
  • Experience making assessments or judgments on incomplete or contradicting information
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, working at national-level agencies
  • Knowledge of the NORTHCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, or SOUTHCOM Areas of Responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, triage, and assess all-source intelligence reporting to identify significant developments across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Provide foundational regional analysis in direct support of the USMC
  • Research and integrate multidisciplinary intelligence such as CI, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and OSINT into broader assessments on regional stability including Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs) activity
  • Develop and maintain foundational intelligence products, including country studies, threat group profiles, and orders of battle
  • Assist midlevel and senior analysts in building more complex and predictive assessments
  • Produce and brief intelligence summaries for Marine Corps staff on regional security issues
  • Document and maintain all source references used in analytic production
  • Apply structured analytic techniques and emerging tools to basic analytic tasks
  • Draft intelligence summaries and contribute to formal reporting across classification levels
