All-Source Intelligence Analyst Course Trainer (PACE)
About The Position
The MASY Group is a government services company providing intelligence analysis, educational services, and operational support to federal agencies, including the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. The Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) establishes standardized education and development programs to coordinate Defense Intelligence training across the Defense Intelligence Agency, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and coalition partners. In this role, the trainer teaches DIA students through ADI's Professional Analyst Career Education (PACE) program, evaluating foundational analysis, advanced tradecraft techniques, and specialty modules while equipping analysts to contribute to Intelligence Community challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of recent experience (within the past 5 years) as a Senior Intelligence Analyst or Officer.
- Knowledge of intelligence tradecraft methods.
- Experience with a national or military intelligence organization.
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
Nice To Haves
- Instructor experience preferred.
- Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and instruction to Defense Intelligence Enterprise analysts through the PACE program.
- Rigorously evaluate students' foundational analysis, advanced tradecraft techniques, and other specialty modules.
- Provide analysts with the tools needed to make immediate contributions to complex Intelligence Community challenges.
