About The Position

System High is looking for an experienced and motivated all-source intelligence analyst to join our team at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The analyst will perform in-depth all-source research and analysis derived from open and classified research and collection requirements to produce and review reports that identify and assess criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats to meet customer requirements. The applicant will perform functions to include: Write Counterintelligence analytic products that adhere to Analytic Tradecrafts Standards and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206. Coordinate with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), Intelligence Community, and law enforcement organizations to research, collect, evaluate, integrate, and disseminate data and information Apply expert oral and written communication skills to develop and communicate information across the agency through CI analytic products Serve as the Contract Senior Intelligence Analyst, reviewing all production before submitting to government customer Advise the government customer on new and innovating intelligence methodology

Requirements

  • Proficiency with standard All-Source intelligence research tools such as: Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open-source research, Pulse, QLIX, and / or Google Earth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of DIA Analytic Tradecraft Standards
  • Experience working in a production center or fusion cell
  • Authored or coauthored products that have been disseminated to the intelligence community
  • Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
  • 8 or more years’ experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects
  • Completion of an Intelligence Analysis course through a military department, Intelligence Community, or academic institution (please provide certificate with course number)
