About The Position

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an order of battle analyst, you use your specialized regional experience and attention to detail to develop products and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytic skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders. As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand an evolving threat landscape. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and senior policymakers. Requirements

  • Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
  • Experience briefing senior military and government officials
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in order of battle analysis
  • Experience with OSINT or GEOINT
  • Knowledge of conventional weapons systems
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of regions in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Affairs, International Studies, or History
