About The Position

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for leadership and policy makers. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing strategic recommendations to support mission objectives
1+ years of experience with Intelligence Community customers
Experience developing targeting plans and operational approaches
Experience using open source, GOTS, and COTS tools to manage technical information including Social Networking Analysis, Tableau, or Analyst Notebook
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with all source intelligence analysis or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with all source intelligence analysis

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data from internal and external sources to ID key insights and trends and develop strategic recommendation to support mission objectives.
Inform leadership on critical linkages with organization and key areas of interest.
Engage with stakeholders to understand gaps and provide recommendations to inform strategic approaches to leadership.
Draft and coordinate communication products to document data-driven insights and analysis.
