Requirements

5+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
Experience with the Western Hemisphere AOR, including regional stability, transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), state and non-state threat actors, and geopolitical dynamics
Knowledge of IC analytical tools, databases, and message handling systems such as M3/AMHS, Palantir, i2 Analyst Notebook, MIDB, and TAC
Ability to adhere to ICD 203 analytical tradecraft standards
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the RFI systems
Ability to produce INTSUMs
Ability to produce and make presentation materials and deliver analytic briefings
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Responsibilities

Synthesize classified and unclassified data to produce holistic intelligence assessments, estimates, and baseline intelligence products.
Draft, edit, and publish high-quality intelligence reports, Intelligence Summaries (INTSUMs), and specialized analytical products in accordance with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and local command tradecraft standards.
Perform timely and accurate research, analysis, and response to Requests for Information (RFIs) from internal leadership, subordinate units, and external partners.
Prepare and deliver daily intelligence updates, threat assessments, and situational awareness briefings to senior commanders, staff, and interagency partners.
Participate in analytic exchanges, working groups, and joint operational planning cells.
Coordinate closely with collection managers and targeting analysts to drive intelligence operations and fill intelligence gaps.
