About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst focusing on Transportation and Logistics. This role involves conducting all-source analytic production on foreign logistics infrastructure facilities and networks associated with strategic mobility, sustainability, planning, and operations. Analytic topics include, but are not limited to, roads, rail, inland waterway ports, depots, maintenance facilities, and waterways to determine physical characteristics, capacity, and vulnerabilities. The analyst will publish vulnerability assessments of worldwide transportation and logistics control and automation systems, and conduct analysis of foreign military logistics systems, both conventional and nonconventional, from the command and organization structure to storage and distribution networks. Responsibilities also include maintaining database records, initiative production, and coordination/collaboration, as well as producing infrastructure logistics assessments of intelligence research, knowledge base development, analysis, and reporting of infrastructure systems, supply chains, and resources.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI and current CI polygraph conducted within the past 7 years
  • 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, including transportation and logistics analysis
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
  • Use understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats.
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with writing FINTEL.
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities

  • Publish vulnerability assessments of worldwide transportation and logistics control and automation systems.
  • Conduct analysis of foreign military logistics systems, both conventional and nonconventional, from the command and organization structure, to storage and distribution networks.
  • Maintain database records, initiative production, and coordination/collaboration.
  • Produce infrastructure logistics assessments of intelligence research, knowledge base development, analysis and reporting of infrastructure systems, supply chains, and resources.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
  • Research and prepare finished intelligence production for the IC and relevant stakeholders.
