Requirements

- Active Kansas license or certification required for Clinical Roles (RN, LPN, CNA)
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards for Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance
- Relevant experience in healthcare, senior living, or management for Administrative & Leadership Roles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for Administrative & Leadership Roles
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (as required)
- Must meet physical demands of the position applied for

Nice To Haves
- Experience is a plus
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred for Clinical Roles
- Prior experience preferred but not required for Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance
