About The Position

Prime Inc. in Pittston, PA is looking for an alignment technician to join our day shift team. Responsible for the safe operation of aligning all equipment in the shop by performing the following duties: Align and check balance on steers on all new trucks, complete truck alignments on appointment lists, change tires if needed, locate trucks on yard and drive truck to shop if needed, communicate with customers and drivers about tires and reasons behind certain wear patterns, provide excellent customer service to drivers and customers, and keep work station free of clutter. Shifts needed: Wednesday through Saturday 6pm-6am (every other Wednesday off).

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Must have a strong work history
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Constant standing, handling, and forward reaching
• Frequent walking, head turning, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, hand control and power gripping
• Must be able to lift 105lbs, carry 85lbs and push and pull 115lbs
• Steel toed footwear, and safety glasses are required in the shop
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

• Prior alignment experience is a plus
