About The Position

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our grill cooks are responsible for cooking the different foods items a concession stand has to offer.

Sell alcohol using proper Aramark alcohol procedures at assigned alcohol portable location. Stock inventory as well as count beginning & ending inventory numbers. Work with supervisors/managers to follow company policies/procedures.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time EmployeePosition TypeScheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.Compensation DataThe tipped hourly rate of pay for this position is $16.27. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Able to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for duration of shift aside from breaks/meals.
• Previous customer service experience (Required)
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean safe work environment at portable locations.
• Follow Safety guidelines taught in orientation.
• Ice down beer with ice from nearest stand/merchandiser/or bags delivered by the warehouse team.
• Ensure a great guest experience.
• May work P.O.S. while having cashier duties.
• Count beginning & ending inventory.
• Check ID’s & ensure proper alcohol safety procedures are being followed. TEAMS/TIPS Certification
• Work with section supervisors/managers to make sure everything is working correctly and efficiently.
