About The Position
Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Stand Lead oversees a concession stand and all aspects of service to ensure our guests have the best possible experience! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer! This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time EmployeeCompensation DataThe hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $20.29 to $21.29. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous food service experience required
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required
- Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments
- Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers
- Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism in the execution of daily assignments
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
- Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
Responsibilities
- Assigns duties to food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
- Ensures that food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions
- Assists with workstation set-up to include prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
- Assist and delegate the proper tear-down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs.
- Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures security of company assets
