About The Position

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Alcohol Compliance Supervisors are there to ensure that all employees and guests follow our safe-drinking guidelines! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, communicating and enforcing policies, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer! This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time EmployeeCompensation DataThe hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $20 to $22.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Requirements

  • This position has physical demands and requires frequent walking! Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
  • Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
  • Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
  • TEAM/ TIPS Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed

Responsibilities

  • This role is event based and begins 1-2 hours before doors, and ends 1 hour after alcohol cut
  • Trains staff on our alcohol policy and ensures it is being followed throughout the duration of the event
  • Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to pre-event check lists, signed alcohol policies, alcohol incident forms, and witness reports
  • Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
