About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures. This is a fast-paced role offering opportunity and potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required before being hired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- No college degree required
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
- Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
- Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
- Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit before the beginning of work
- Assist with alcohol cut-off
