About The Position

A nationally recognized legal practice with a strong presence in the southern region of Tennessee is seeking a junior associate to join its Alcohol & Hospitality team in a dynamic onsite environment known for its growing business and entertainment sectors. This role will involve supporting attorneys on alcohol regulatory matters, hospitality industry compliance, licensing issues, and client-facing legal projects while working closely with a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional service and professional development, with a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and a GPA of 3.2 or higher
• 0-2 years of legal experience, including candidates completing judicial clerkships
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Tennessee Bar admission or eligibility to waive into the Tennessee Bar
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly professional environment
