The Albreda Lodge Assistant Manager is responsible for the workings of the Lodge in the absence of the Lodge Manager. The position has key responsibilities in the areas of Administration, Front Desk, Boutique, Maintenance and Operations Supervision. The Lodge Assistant, in conjunction with the Lodge Manager, is responsible for the quality, integrity and risk management in the Lodge. The Lodge Assistant must ensure communication flows interdepartmentally and nurture an effective team-based culture.
