The Alarm Superintendent is responsible for developing and retaining customers, managing alarm files and service schedules, coordinating technicians and administrative staff, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all committed orders. This role also involves forecasting service manpower requirements, assisting with billing and financial issues, representing the company professionally, and recruiting, developing, and training associates. The superintendent must understand permitting requirements, provide weekly activity reports, and perform all other assigned duties.
