About The Position

As an Alarm Installation Technician at Revamped Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our valued customers. This is a W2 position that requires dedication and a strong commitment to excellence. You'll be expected to work more than 40 hours per week, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

Requirements

• Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to run wires through the attic.
• Experience working with low voltage systems.
• Ability to receive and act upon feedback positively.
• Must use personal vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage if a company vehicle is not available.

Responsibilities

• Follow Company Process: Adhere to established procedures for consistent service delivery.
• Upselling: Maintain a high upsell average to contribute to company growth.
• Vehicle Policy: Utilize company vehicles when available; use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement when not. Eligibility for a company vehicle with a fuel card after 90 days.
• Remote Management: Receive guidance and coaching via phone from the management team.
• Training: Participate in comprehensive training for 2-3 weeks in Dallas.
• Job Requirements: Involves running wires through the attic and working with low voltage systems. A background check is mandatory.
• Schedule: Work 5 days a week, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off.
