Requirements

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
4-6 years of alarm installation experience as a 06.
Valid WA driver’s license.
Valid Electrical 06 license and a NICET II Certification.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated technical skills to work independently on all job types from beginning to end.
Able to direct the work and coach other technicians to maximize efficiency and build effective teams.
Provide both on-the-job training to all levels of technicians.
Interact with customers to provide great customer service and identify additional opportunities for SSNW.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work with management to identify areas of improvement and implement those changes.
Able to lead a Fire & Security alarm installation and direct others to their respective roles.
Work directly with customers onsite to communicate the results of the work completed and any follow-up required.
Able to train customers on the system being installed.
Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
Reviews the following week’s schedule and communicates with leads.
Arrives on-site prepared and on time, Maintains quality ongoing notes.
Maintain positive relationships with Project managers, Admin, and Sales Team.
Complete all required paperwork on time and have a professional appearance.
Must self-dispatch to sites, ensuring timely arrival to customers’ homes and businesses.
