Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of alarm installation experience as a 06.
  • Valid WA driver’s license.
  • Valid Electrical 06 license and a NICET II Certification.
  • Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated technical skills to work independently on all job types from beginning to end.
  • Able to direct the work and coach other technicians to maximize efficiency and build effective teams.
  • Provide both on-the-job training to all levels of technicians.
  • Interact with customers to provide great customer service and identify additional opportunities for SSNW.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Work with management to identify areas of improvement and implement those changes.
  • Able to lead a Fire & Security alarm installation and direct others to their respective roles.
  • Work directly with customers onsite to communicate the results of the work completed and any follow-up required.
  • Able to train customers on the system being installed.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
  • Reviews the following week’s schedule and communicates with leads.
  • Arrives on-site prepared and on time, Maintains quality ongoing notes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Project managers, Admin, and Sales Team.
  • Complete all required paperwork on time and have a professional appearance.
  • Must self-dispatch to sites, ensuring timely arrival to customers’ homes and businesses.
