Guardian Security is seeking an Alarm Dispatcher for its Central Station at the Yakima location. This role is crucial for processing over-the-phone requests, dispatching personnel for various alarm events, and accurately evaluating alarm signals. Requirements

• Intermediate or higher technical skills when using computers
• Very detail-oriented, meticulous work ethic with desire to produce quality work output.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Must be comfortable communicating with any individuals, using any method of communication.
• Close vision and distance vision are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Processing over-the-phone requests
• Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events
• Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately
• Review account signal traffic history accurately and quickly
• Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner
