About The Position

The AL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The AL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior knowledge with ALS or ESP systems; preferred previous experience in O&G industry and strong adherence to quality and performance
• Familiar with electrical equipment, standard, and safety requirements.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Responsible for installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)
