About The Position

Responsible for selecting the best products for online shoppers and accurately selecting groceries ordered online by customers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner.
Ability to identify problems, develop and execute solutions.
Must possess the ability to substitute products for customers, upon request and unavailability.
Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and complete daily workload with limited supervision.
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Physically able to perform medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying of objects of no more than 25 pounds.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers.
Select the highest quality produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Tender customer orders through POS and charge the customer’s credit card.
Place gathered orders in storage at the proper temperature and promptly retrieve them prior to customer arrival.
Ensure products maintain proper temperature throughout the entire process.
Cart and place orders in the holding area for pick-up.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into the customer vehicle.
Continually monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Escort customers to products, secure out-of-reach products, and load/unload heavy items.
Note and pass along customer suggestions or requests.
Answer the telephone and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful service.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
