The Boeing Company's BCA In-Service Safety Organization is seeking an Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer to join their team in Everett, Washington. This role is open for Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) candidates. The position involves leading teams to perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for regulatory compliance issues, enabling leadership to understand systemic root causes and implement effective corrective actions. This role offers exposure to all aspects of airplane certification across the airplane lifecycle and contributes to Boeing product safety by maintaining and restoring compliance with regulatory requirements. Investigations typically follow the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM). The role involves engagement with company leadership, certification experts, and functional experts, offering a dynamic and invigorating experience. The team values strong communication skills for complex technical issues, leadership of diverse teams, and the ability to apply airplane-level thinking. The team is a valued resource to the Chief Aviation Safety Office (CASO), supported programs, and executive leadership.
