Temporary Airport Transport Student Worker (Spring)
About The Position
Assist the University of Oklahoma in welcoming new international students at Will Rogers International Airport. The student worker will work directly with the Assistant Director of Programming to organize student airport workers and schedules and facilitate OU-sponsored transportation for international students. This is a temporary position active only during January 2027. Employment dates are tentatively January 7 through January 15, and hired students must attend mandatory training on January 8. Various work hours fall within the stated period. Travel is required. The position is not benefits eligible.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a University of Oklahoma student in the Spring term; hiring is contingent on verification of current student status.
- Must attach a Spring 2026 class schedule or a letter explaining plans for Spring enrollment.
- Must be able to work with an international population, students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
- Must attend mandatory training on Friday, January 8.
Nice To Haves
- Internationally minded and general knowledge of campus locations and services.
- Current U.S. driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
- Past experience working as an Airport Student Worker.
