About The Position
Fast Park & Relax is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for travelers requiring efficient shuttle service between their parking facility and the airport terminal. The company is seeking dependable professional drivers who prioritize safety, service, and a smooth passenger experience. As a Shuttle Driver, the role involves offering friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport, operating clean, well-maintained vehicles, and playing a crucial part in ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Must be able to work 12am – 8am
- Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service
- Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations
- Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
- Ability to maintain accurate records and logs
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
- Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
- Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
- Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Participate in required DOT and company training
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
