Requirements

Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
1+ years of Security Experience
18+ years of age
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or sensitive government-related locations for access control concerns, policy violations, or suspicious behavior.
Assist visitors, employees, and travelers with directions and general information while supporting order and following post instructions for an unarmed patrol assignment.
