Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to travelers, staff, and visitors. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 1+ years of Security Experience
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport partners while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and traffic flow in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and other security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate airport or emergency personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
