About The Position

For the upcoming Fall 2026 semester, Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) is searching for an aviation-related student who has completed at least 60 hours within his/her major who possesses a strong desire to gain experience in running an airport. The intern will gain well-rounded experience through job shadowing and meaningful projects associated with the management and operation of our international and general aviation airports. The incumbent will gain a wide array of airport experience up to 40 hours per week during normal daytime office hours. Pay is $12/hour.

• Completed at least 60 hours within his/her major.

Responsibilities

• Job shadowing and meaningful projects associated with the management and operation of international and general aviation airports.
• Gain a wide array of airport experience in functional areas including Operations, Customer Experience, Engineering & Planning, Finance, Risk Management/Legal Services, Real Estate, Human Resources, Air Service Development & Marketing, and Information Technology & Telecommunications.
