About The Position

Highly responsible administrative, inspection, and liaison work with New Orleans Aviation Board members and Airport management. This position oversees a variety of airport concession contracts and leases including monitoring tenant lease compliance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of concession accounts and related duties as required. Employees in this classification must exercise considerable independent judgment in reacting to unanticipated situations within airport policies; and related work as required.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of professional work experience, two (2) years of which must have included negotiating commercial lease agreements.
• Professional experience is experience gained in a position that required a Bachelor's Degree upon entrance.
• A valid driver's license.
• Applicants must be eligible for coverage under the airport's auto liability insurance policy.
• Candidates must pass a personal, criminal, and employment background check required under federal regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for certain types of work.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
