Airport Operations Center Manager
About The Position
Duties include but are not limited to: reports directly to Emergency Management Executive leadership, directs the daily operations of the Airport Operations Center (AOC). Selects, trains, schedules, and monitors 911 staff through supervisors, and support staff to ensure accurate and timely response by police, fire, operations and other response personnel. Develops and ensures proper policies and procedures for dispatch operations are followed consistently. Mains relationships with operations management in Police, Fire, and emergency service agencies and other 911 operations in other jurisdictions.
