Serves as the analytical bridge between schedule planning and station-level execution, identifying and removing airport-related roadblocks including gate constraints, ramp capacity, taxi delays, and construction impacts to ensure reliable carrier performance on the day of operation. Proactively evaluates airport and station constraints gate availability, taxi-in/out times, and facility construction phasing and assesses their impact on schedule executability, translating operational data into actionable recommendations that improve on-time performance, completion factor, and station-level reliability. Works cross functionally with IOC, Station Leadership, Maintenance, Crew Planning, and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) to diagnose airport-side performance barriers and support real-time operational decision-making, while driving continuous improvement through block-miss analysis, performance monitoring, and structured after-action reviews.
