The Airport Fleet Mechanic Lead is responsible for the complex diagnosis and repair of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems related to vehicles, light equipment, and heavy equipment including specialized airport and airport runway equipment. Performs preventative maintenance and maintains maintenance records. Performs lead worker duties. This is a full-time, standard position that operates on a four-day work week (Training schedule will be Monday through Thursday) (Normal Tuesday-Friday). This position also requires on-site work to be performed. On call duty during nights, holidays, and weekends. Must be willing and physically able to work in extreme temperatures and variable weather conditions.
