Airport Engineer (BIM Coordinator)
About The Position
The BIM Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, and oversight of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and technologies for airport design, construction, and asset management. Working under the BIM Manager of the Department of Aviation, Planning & Development (DOA/P&D), this position is responsible for the technical coordination of multi-disciplinary models across project cycles to ensure that all information exchange workflows align with ISO 19650 principles and designers and contractors are adhering to the DOA/P&D BIM Standards and Project Specific BIM Execution Plan.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Technical coordination of multi-disciplinary models.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.
- Knowledge of DOA/P&D BIM Standards and Project Specific BIM Execution Plan.
