About The Position

The work of an Airport Driver includes but are not limited to currently hold a CDL-Class A with hazmat endorsements. Ability to drive a tractor trailer daily to accommodate busy workload at airport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an Airport Driver - include the following: Transport cargo via 53’ trailer from various types of aircraft to warehouse or warehouse to aircraft while adhering to strict safety regulations. Customer service oriented as you will be interacting with airline representatives and staff. Other duties may be as assigned.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a CDL-Class A with hazmat endorsements.
• Ability to drive a tractor trailer daily to accommodate busy workload at airport.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Class A License
• Minimum 1-2 years Trucking experience with manual transmission
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Ramp Operations
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Leadership ability
• Customer focus and quality awareness
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Must pass a drug test/ background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
