About The Position

The Airport Production Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring our delicious donuts make their way from our Flagship kitchen to the PDX Airport. This position involves completing daily production tasks, delivering inventory on a strict schedule, and maintaining organization and stock at the airport location. Requirements

A love for donuts!
Alignment with Blue Star’s core values.
Current Oregon food handlers, and OLCC Server Permit
Working cell phone and Gmail account.
Completion of Blue Star Training Programs.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to pass a federal background check for PDX Airport Badging and obtain a PDX Airport badge.
Must have a clean driving record & pass a MVR

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of kitchen experience.
1-2 years of hospitality experience
Experience utilizing Google Workspace, Slack, and Paycom.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Blue Star policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen and company vehicles.
Work independently and as a team player in production and inventory management.
Follow delivery routes and schedules.
Verify and deliver inventory to the PDX Airport.
Maintain company vehicles and complete required documentation.
Organize and manage inventory in the storage area.
Communicate with Airport Management to determine inventory needs, and bring up to primary location.
Complete daily production glazing & garnishing tasks as assigned.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
