About The Position

Budget has an opening for a Part-Time Rental Agent on our Airport Team in Wichita, KS. This position is scheduled for 2 days per week – Friday and Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. We offer a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with a strong focus on rewarding individual performance. Our Rental Agents can earn $15–$18 per hour or more with commission. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time weekend work in a dynamic airport environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Problem resolution experience
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet customers using standard dialogue
Address customer inquiries, including explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
Report damages to on-duty supervisor
Scan returning vehicles back into system
Provide computerized receipts to customers
Maintain current knowledge of company policies, procedures, training, pricing, and promotions
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and areas when needed
