Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring immediately for an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service position at SGF Airport. This is a stable, fun, secure, and fast-growing team committed to providing outstanding customer service, with no experience required. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for creating a positive start to a passenger’s trip by greeting them and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. The role involves utilizing reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, while interacting with customers courteously and efficiently. Additionally, the position requires physical activity such as lifting customers’ bags onto the belt, loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage safely to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. You will also operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in all weather conditions and is not a repetitive 9-5 job, with shifts that may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Long-term career growth is encouraged, with shifts improving over time.
