Airport Agent - Customer Service

Pay rate: $26.93/ HR (includes $3.00 seasonal premium) Do you find joy and satisfaction in helping people? As a Customer Service Agent, you will leave everyday feeling fulfilled because you have the power to create a positive start to a passenger’s trip. Don’t let that smile go to waste, be the first to greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination. This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Our shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Lift customers' bags onto the belt.
