Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Certificate
Strong communication skills are essential—you’ll interact with team members and crew both in person and via radio, so clear listening and speaking abilities are a must
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently, up to 18 times per day
Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Safe, reliable driving experience
Friendly, professional attitude
Strong sense of punctuality and accountability
A genuine desire to take care of people
