Requirements

Minimum of 12 months of airline experience (preferred)
Ramp and bag room experience (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
Familiarity with airline computer systems
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong leadership skills in guiding ramp teams
Ability to travel for training

Responsibilities

Coordinating Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control
Maintaining daily trip files, station traffic reports, and handling-related statistical data
Supervising ramp functions
Conducting operational safety and load security checks prior to departure
Leading all operational activities during irregularities
Coordinating all phases of aircraft handling—including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding
Overseeing loading and unloading, ensuring proper buildup and securing of cargo and luggage
Close coordination with gate agents and passenger service teams
Ensuring accurate Bag Scan handling and maintaining LBI (Left Behind Baggage Index) control
Providing daily performance reports
Documenting delays
Ensuring the implementation of new procedures and product enhancements
Ensuring all operations are always aligned with safety, security, and legal regulations
